Shipping Policy

We're excited to get your order to you! Every item is made just for you, so here's what you can expect during the shipping process.

  • Production Time: Most orders are produced within 5 to 8 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, production times may be slightly longer.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping begins after your order has been produced. Transit time is separate from production time and will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Shipping Carrier: Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS. In some cases, we may use another carrier to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

  • International Orders: We proudly ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to local customs processing, import regulations, duties, taxes, and other shipping requirements outside of our control. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import charges.

  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

  • Shipping Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
